- First American’s title plant is one of the most sophisticated, accurate, and up-to-date plant in Colorado – and our O&Es always include a name search so you’ll be made aware of tax liens, judgments, etc.
- Estimated Seller Net Sheets
- Leave the estimating to us – we’ll prorate taxes, check to see if the property qualifies for a reissue rate on title, and email you a professional-looking estimate for you to present to your sellers.
